scheduled service for 3 recalls, Service Dept FAIL!!! I scheduled my 2014 Rogue service to fix three recalls: reprogramming CVT, reprogramming Air Bag sensors, and replacing a faulty fuel pump. The appoin I scheduled my 2014 Rogue service to fix three recalls: reprogramming CVT, reprogramming Air Bag sensors, and replacing a faulty fuel pump. The appointment was scheduled online almost two weeks in advance and I specifically requested a loaner vehicle and listed all of the recalls by name and Transport Canada number. When I arrived at the dealership I was told they didn't have a loaner because their online system doesn't really work properly. Despite the request being printed in the comments section of their printout of my online appointment ... nobody bothered to read the comments. A loaner was found for me, although it had a broken windshield, the interior was filthy, and an amber warning triangle lamp was lit in the instrument cluster. When I asked questions about the amber light, I was told not to worry about it. Later I discovered that the light was on because the rear door to the SUV had not been latched properly. When I arrived at the end of the day to pick up my vehicle, after receiving a phone call that my vehicle was ready, I was told that the fuel pump replacement was not available and it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part to arrive. I would have to re-schedule. When I tried to question why no one had checked to make sure the parts were there before allowing me to waste my time bringing in my vehicle, I was quickly dismissed that sometimes that happens. Then, 36 hours after I picked up my vehicle, I received a phone call that the fuel pump was in and I could schedule another appointment. When I asked how the part arrived at the dealership in less than two days when I had been told it would take 4 to 6 weeks, the woman on the line said it was likely at another dealership here in the city. This service department is careless and simply dismissive of its customers valuable time. I will not be going back for anything more. There was plenty of time in advance of my appointment to ensure the necessary parts were in the parts department, they knew exactly what was needed to complete all of the recalls; it's just that nobody bothered to check. They also failed to check where the needed part was and how long it would take to bring in. This service department gets a FAIL!!!!!! More

I told him I wanted to see a road worthy report on the loaner insead he looks at me and says what you dident like your free ride! It took everything in me not to freak that I was given wrong info on paper work took pics of everything before leaving the lot It was nasty and has so much wrong with it Manager won't even man up enough to contact me back.. So I went to anvic and bbb and next the news word has to get out before one of us are dead over there crappy sales on used pieces of poo And. I'm stubren and hard headed that company has met there match.. go Nissan south you sicken me!!!. I give this place a horrable review and hope the feel ok going to bed at night knowing they sent a singel mom of 4 home cry after a melt down. All I wanted was some help real.ppl. there's no such thing in the world . More

Not respecting customer nor their time Customer service recall me to inform me that they change the specs to satisfy me and I had to go to pay the down payment. I repeated two times that the specs changed with the same price, he said yes. When I went to pay they said no change and no one said that. I request the recorded phone call they said there is no record and the customer service associate deny what he said. In addition they left me waiting over 20 min to find who answered the phone call and the manager who was dealing with the case didn't come till I ask him again saying I have a lot of customer.!!!!!! Who insist to deal with them, let them sign on every line and option in there offer. More
Happy with my car but not with the service I bought a new car here about a week ago. However, I got charged $499 for an anti-theft that I didn’t even request and no one even took the time to explain what that fee was. The finance manager ended up charging me $992 for that same anti-theft on the final bill of sale. If I wouldnt have noticed or talked to them about this, no one wouldve told me that I was being overcharged! When I told him to waive the fee he proceeded to tell me that if he took the fee off he would then have to raise the price of the car which made no sense at all. They finally waived the extra $500 but not the whole fee. Very happy with my car but no at all satisfied with the fact that I was charged for a fee that was never even explained to me nor was I told what it was and what the function was, they kind of snuck it in there. I wouldn’t recommend people to this dealership if things like this are going to happen... :/ More
