We recently purchased a next to new truck at Mosher's Ford. Most of our communication was by phone and text, but I can tell you that I've purchased many vehicles in the past but the courteous, friendly Ford. I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and they put a new MVI sticker on it. Within a few months I had major mechanical repairs (totalling in the thousands) done at a different Ford dealership wher put a new MVI sticker on it. Within a few months I had major mechanical repairs (totalling in the thousands) done at a different Ford dealership where they discovered a leak in the PTU that was noted to have been there for awhile , also the rotors were rusty and had grooves in them , the brakes pads were cracked and worn and brakes were grinding. I do not trust this dealership and I would not recommend them for purchase of used vehicles. More

Unexpected repair. On my way to Bridgewater my tire pressure light came on so I preceded to Mosher Motors to see if they could check the tire for me. When they did I was On my way to Bridgewater my tire pressure light came on so I preceded to Mosher Motors to see if they could check the tire for me. When they did I was told it was more than just air needed. One of the Service Managers took in the garage and and proceeded work on the tire only to discover I have picked up a screw along my travels. I was so thankful that they were able to repair it has they were extremely busy at the time. Over the years I have been dealing with Mosher Motors I have had excellent service and we have three Fords that go there for regular maintenance, our largest unit is a thirty foot motor home. More

Not the customer that comes first Service difficult to deal with. They are reluctant to carry out warranty work to suit the customer's advantage. Always the cheapest and quickest fix.
