We were looking for a SUV and went to a few local dealerships in the area. We currently have a bumper-to-bumper warranty on our car, but it will be ending very soon. Both my husband and I and the people at Kia know there's something wrong with our transmission (the fluid keeps gett but it will be ending very soon. Both my husband and I and the people at Kia know there's something wrong with our transmission (the fluid keeps getting dark, it revs too high, etc), but they tell us nothing's wrong everytime we go. Everytime we take our car there, whether it be for an oil change or other regular maintenance, the car comes back in worse shape than when we brough it in. We have had the worst service imaginable there. They've even made me late for work on several occasions when I've dropped the car off. More
