Brake Work Done Had brakes service and oil change. Had an issue in securing an appt. I had left a voice mail with the appointment coordinator and still had not receiv Had brakes service and oil change. Had an issue in securing an appt. I had left a voice mail with the appointment coordinator and still had not received a call back after almost 2 hours. I called again and received a live person who was most pleasant. Received an appt for just a few days later. I know your website said you guys were very busy but still......I think you need to fix this. Also an issue with my front brake pads--they are original to March 2017 and I had had 8 mm left in June 2019. At this service, I now have 10 mm. Wonderful that my brake pads seem to get better after time but this should be reviewed. More
