Hi Katherine, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from your most recent visit to Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC. I apologize that you were at the dealership for longer than you may have anticipated. I understand that I did not set any time-frame expectations and perhaps I should have done that with Linda. When you arrived to the dealership at 12:15pm, the paperwork was completed by 1pm. At that time, we require the vehicle to go through a comprehensive inspection to ensure it's in good mechanical condition. I was able to squeeze this inspection in knowing that our shop is completely booked until next week. When speaking to Linda earlier in the morning and her indicating she wanted to come in between 12:00-12:30, I wanted to be able to accommodate her arrival knowing that the visit would be longer than normal, however I did not explain this. I understand to minimize the wait time, you requested the vehicle not to be washed and therefore, I did not wash the vehicle. I did end your visit explaining the next time you are in for service, I will definitely ensure the vehicle is detailed followed by my sincere apologies knowing you were upset.
