best customer care with repairs/service I had an issue with rust on the tailgate of my GMC terrain. Apparently this is a common issue with terrains. I talked directly to the Service Manager, Tim Polley, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did he offer a fair soloution to the problem, but he understands that working full time with two very young children complicate unexpected events like car repairs. He offered a loaner car and had it ready for me upon arrival. He also arranged to have my car taken to another location so that I didn't have to make two stops. Additionally, Finch covered my oil change while it was in the shop. Every time I'm in for service (brakes and oil changes so far), staff are genuinely friendly, responsive and efficient (especially Regan!). I would absolutely recommend the service staff to anyone and always feel well taken care of. Thanks Finch, especially Tim and Regan! More

The service appointment involved an oil change, rotating of tires AND a "caddy wash"- it wasn't just a wash it was a full detail! Who does that?! The service and reception staff as always are welcoming and friendly, I don't doubt for a moment their genuine interest and care for the consumer. A big plus for me was his generally amazing attitude, and he didn’t make me feel like the kids were a bother in fact he carried the car seat over and even helped me unload the trunk of the loaner car into my van (I had done some grocery shopping) when I went back to pick up my vehicle. Thoughtful Service I was in the dealership today for servicing and had my 6 month old with me. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hours which I was ok with. My little one started to get a bit fussy and Dan asked what my name was to see where my car was at. Next thing I know, he returned with my keys in hand and my car was done (and washed!) in less than an hour! Although I was ok to wait, I really appreciated his help!! More
very poor customer service in their service department We had to go into the dealership to sign the warranty paperwork. They said to let them know when we would be there and the paperwork would be ready to We had to go into the dealership to sign the warranty paperwork. We contacted them to say when we would be there and when we arrived we still had to wait over half an hour for the paperwork to be ready to sign. He kept apologizing for the delay but never gave an explanation as to why there was such a delay. They then wanted to take a look at the car for warranty purposes and pictures and offered a free car wash as well. We agreed. Over 1.5 hours later and after multiple times of trying to find they guy we were dealing because the service desk had no idea what or where our car was I demanded that someone go find Michael, forget about the car wash and get my car back to me now. They still didn't locate him and he finally showed up saying 'Sorry for the delay and I know you are frustrated'. My response was frustrated is an understatement, where is my car? There was no explanation as to why there was such a long wait or why no one else knew anything about the car. No one seemed to care that we were waiting for 2 hours and no apology was made, just a thank you to us as we walked out of the dealership after they finally gave the car back. There is no way that signing paperwork should take 2 hours. I wish this could be a one off but unfortunately it isn't as when we had the car in for a repair, they said they would clean the car inside and out. When we got the car back the car had been washed outside but the service desk said that they did't have time to clean the inside. I will never buy another vehicle from Finch because I don't want to have to deal with their service staff. The only reason that they get one start is because the girl behind the service customer service desk was very friendly and tried to do her best in locating the missing employee More
