Waste of time Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a recall sercive and a road noise/tire wear issue. After the car had been at the shop all day, I called in Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a recall sercive and a road noise/tire wear issue. After the car had been at the shop all day, I called in the afternoon when I was getting off work to confirm that the work had been completed. I was informed that the recall work was not performed and that the road noise/tire wear issue had not been diagnosed, except to say that there might be an alignment issue, which nothing was done about. Waste of time. What is the point of making an appointment if they don't bother to do the work during that time? Totally unacceptable. More

Superior customer service and no pressure to buy! I came in and had a look at the lot on Labor Day when the dealership was closed as I don't like to be pressured. Came in the next day during regular business hours. Was greeted almost instantly by Lorne with a big smile and warm welcomes. He was exceptional at explaining all the features of the vehicle and made sure I test drove all the base lines of the Dodge Journey just to make sure I was happy with my choice. He crunched numbers with us and even tried to help us find lower insurance quotes. He at no point pressured us to buy. Most dealerships won't let you walk away to make phone calls. He allowed us to leave with no hassle. And kept us up to date on the status of the car. We knew we had to have the car knowing that if the sales team is as great as he was that we wouldn't have a problem with service in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially dealing with Lorne! Wishing him all the best in the future and hope to have the pleasure of purchasing another vehicle with him! Cheers! More

very friendly and extremely helpful Went into dealer to look at used truck , was met by Sonia , she was very friendly. She checked for the truck and found out it was sold already. She checked the list and noted there was a year newer truck that had just come back off lease. She apologized that the truck was not clean and normally don't let people looked at it in this condition but did show us the truck . We liked the truck so she said she would have it cleaned by 2pm next day so I could check it out further and test drive it. I came in next day at 2pm they were just finishing up the truck , she took us down to see it. We then talked about the new two day sale that had just started that day and she offered to show us a 2016 . The truck required a few things the other truck had like trailer hitch and brake control , she said not a problem they can be installed. The pricing made more sense on the new truck so we bought it. Thanks to Sonia for all her time and friendly advice. More

I had my guard up as I was not sure if I could trust another "car sales man". However Mr. Fred St Germain and Rachel Hogan quickly won my family and I over. Fred and Rachel are man and women of their word. We walked in there on a Tuesday, and we drove out in a new vehicle the following Thursday. It is not everyday that one can say that they were treated with quality over quantity in today's society....especially with such a fast transaction.
