I walked in without an appointment but was told all salespeople were busy but one would get to me as soon as they were available. Mark McGuire saw me waiting with my wife and son,( who is 3 and can be quite hard to keep still) and came over to help answer some of my questions while the customers he was helping had gone on a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted me in deciding what model, powertrain, and finance options would be best suited for me.since he was crazy busy, I took his card and proceeded home to think about this big purchase.2 weeks later I called him to make an appointment to purchase my truck, he actually remembered me! He guided me through step by step with absolutely no pressure whatsoever in doing a special order f150.a month later when my truck came in I was very excited to take possession. It came in on a Wednesday, but he was away at a sign and drive event and would not be in to work. So the next morning I gave him a call to his cell which he had given me the number to,he did not pick up,I left a voicemail.20 mins later he called me back, Turns out it was his day off.i was amazed that he Called me back even though it was his day off.and he proceeded to spend an hour of his day off over the phone with erinwood to organize my truck for pickup on Saturday morning,( as I really loved to have it for the weekend)when I picked up on Saturday morning the truck looked just as I had hoped...PERFECT! He then spent an hour to show me all the features and help me pair my phone and contacts which was well appreciated. Excellent customer service I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Doug Keen last week at this location. Doug listened to what I wanted and needed. He didn't try to push me or bully me into purchasing something higher priced or with more options then I needed he understood and respected what I could afford and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had previously been at 2 Ford Dealership lots last week. 1 that ignored me completely during my visit and the other one continued to try and push me into purchasing something that had a payment plan that would have left me strapped financially. Doug was kind, friendly, listened to me and went over every detail of the purchase with me.
