I had mentioned that my son had a minor collision in a non-Lexus auto and that he was looking at getting the damage repaired. Even though his car isn't a Lexus, Scott called over a colleague and had him inspect the damage. They jumped on the phone and found the parts needed...at a large saving....and the car is now in their shop. This isn't the first time Scott and Lexus have looked after me without regard to whether they were benefiting. When people ask me why I am on my 5th Lexus, the answer is simple....the car is terrific and the service always exceeds! More

Having said that, the whole team has consistently provided excellent support since 1993 when I bought my first Lexus.
