Thank you Erin Mills Mazda for your incompetence and terrible customer service. We got so focused on buying a car, we neglected to first read online reviews. I cannot imagine how much more stress your dealership would have added to my purchase and future servicing of that vehicle, had I not gotten fed up after you gave us the run-around for 5 days and I went to another dealership who does know customer service. After your Director of Finance could not bother to put any effort into our application for financing nor sales team in finalizing a purchase price, we got fed up and went to another dealership. Within “1 business day” and continuous communication, the other dealership had financing in place and 2 days later we took delivery of our new mazda.. Lesson learned - read reviews before making major purchases and most importantly, read all the 1 star reviews. If there are many and with similar experiences, I personally, would not trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. More

I have bought many cars over my 56 years on earth, and this was by far the worst experience of my life. It was next to impossible to negotiate a proper price for the car, and the trade-in because the sale this was by far the worst experience of my life. We should have walked out at that point. The whole process took over five-and-a-half hours, by the end of which nobody can think straight anymore. As part of the transaction, we bought winter tires and rims. When I went to put them on, not only were there no pressure sensors, but the wheels aren’t even the same size as the summer ones. Don’t even get me started on the confusion about whether or not our trade-in should have included the summer wheels. I regret ever even setting foot in that building. Too bad, because the car is actually really good. I just wish we’d gone somewhere else to buy it. We would have saved time, money, and energy. More
