The entire dealership was quite rude to my mother, with the owner stating "you're not from around here, you should take your business somewhere else" The service department improperly did a warranty rep the owner stating "you're not from around here, you should take your business somewhere else" The service department improperly did a warranty repair on my mother's vehicle AC by not putting enough coolant in, after taking vehicle to another dealership, their service department confirmed the Exeter location made an error causing the AC to fail again. The repair was done after the dealership was called by Ford Canada, regarding a customer service complaint, so have to assume it was done improperly on purpose. The dealership refuses to pay for their mistake and Ford Canada has become involved, telling the owner he is not giving very good customer service, and has been asked by the new dealership to cover the cost, to which he replied "I don't care, that lady is crazy" Stay away if you want your car fixed properly, or courteous service. More

Our first encounter with the Eric Campbell Lincoln store was in 2012. My wife purchased a new MKZ and she continues to drive it. I had been researching a new car purchase for some time. Marc was very patient and knowledgeable. My wife and I then arranged an appointment (as per Covid guidelines) and visited the dealership on a Saturday. Marc took the time to review the Nautilus product and purchase details. In the end we purchased the Nautilus.
