I have already written a review about my initial dealings with Elite BMW (very favorable}. But I would like to add to my review as I have had follow up dealings with them. I had a lot of problems gettingf BMW Connected Drive services to work. I brough my car in and a very helpful associate named Dillon started to help me with his problem. It was not straight forward and required contact with BMW Canada and even BMW Germany. I had to bring my vehicle in a couple of times. But Dillon was there to help me all along going through a number of processes in order to finally get everything working. And it didn't take long. It was like he prioritized my problems and worked hard to get them resolved. I think Dillon's help was the most appreciated aspect of my dealings with Elite BMW. Thank you Dillon. More
As some of you may already know or are about to find out now, I have already given a written review for Elite BMW in Ottawa on a few different sites and also on Elite BMW's own website regarding their overa now, I have already given a written review for Elite BMW in Ottawa on a few different sites and also on Elite BMW's own website regarding their overall performance level in the customer services aspect! The review I submitted at the time touched the customer services aspect but had no bearing on the competency of the staff of Elite BMW. I gave them a five star! I had stated the first time that Elite BMW was the creator or at least had and was using the recipe for which was for me the perfect customer service experience. I first wrote that Elite had outstanding service across the board! I was a happy camper. I wanted to inquire about an issue that was haunting me about my 2020 X3. The warranty was over and some BMW owners were referring to a website about BMW's that had bmw owners talking about changing the transmission oil on their X3's. I was concerned so I contacted Elite BMW two days ago for a statement and opinion on a quote for changing the transmission fluid?!. I'm still waiting for a proper appraisal from Elite regarding the cost of having the oil in the transmission replaced. it's almost funny and quite honestly frightening to hear the response that I received from the service representative at Elite! I asked the young lady how much it would cost to have the work done and she quickly retorted that it was going to "cost a lot"!? I was flabergasted by her reply! "It's going to cost a lot"!? Wow. I gave up waiting for a proper quote and being given an explanation that quite frankly makes the response from Elite BMW laughable! So what could I do? I lost faith in what I once was convinced was the pinnacle of the perfect dealership regardless of which manufacturer it was! I am so dissapointed and angry at myself because I should have done a follow up long before this but frankly I had no reason to. My X3 has been running great for a change and I haven't dealt with Elite in a while. It's never fun or enjoyable to demonstrate frustrations and dissatisfaction with any company that we deal with but going through this experience has made me lose confidence in Elite's customer service direction, orientation and vision. Every company needs to adapt and ascertain that the chain links of customer service must exceed and in the least meet your customers' satisfaction. I do hope that Elite's obvious bump in the road is simply a specific incident and that other customers remain satisfied from receiving Elite BMW services. I still needed an answer regarding my query about changing my transmission oil?! I contacted another BMW dealer on Ottawa and the kind folk at Otto's BMW quickly addressed my query and informed me that my transmission was sealed and no fluid changes are required! Just saved myself 600$, according to Elite BMW, 600$ approximately. So glad I spoke to someone whom seemed to know a little more about the X3 and it's servicing requirements. I looked at my call record and the whole situation with my X3 was resolved and answered in less than a minute with Otto BMW. Thanks Think I'll go out and get my wife some flowers. Saved a lot of money today. It's going to be quite the bouquet for 600$ Good Luck! More

Good service and poor communication with emails or messages left. Receptionist woman told me over telephone, the problem she said, they are short staff..
