This sounds abnormal and we’d really like to get to the bottom of this issue. Our service quotes are very straightforward and we communicate with our guests when there are rare situations that cause the repair to be more extensive than initially expected. We are unable to associate your screen name with a guest in our database, so please reach out to our service manager, Phil Brunet, or our General Manager, Roger Man, as soon as possible at 613-749-7700.
