ABOVE AND BEYOND I had a boring Saturday night and I was searching for a car as I had the misfortune of having a serious accident and had wrote off my last car. My ini I had a boring Saturday night and I was searching for a car as I had the misfortune of having a serious accident and had wrote off my last car. My initial email was for info on a new listing for a nice Dodge Dart. Monday morning before 10:00 I had a response from Devon Abernethy. I was astonished at such a early response and opened up his email..... NOW I AM BEYOND IMPRESSES!!! Devon had already( on a cold snowy morning) videoed the car I enquired about for me and me alone. It started off "Good morning Paul" It almost did not matter what else he said after that, I was sold sold sold! I have been a Costco employee for over 20 years and try every day to be "that guy".."above and beyond" treat the customer or in my case member with the respect, kindness, attention to detail that will bring them back. That's what Devon did. I have already shared my overall experience with a lot of folks and two are coming to see you soon. At the end of the day (ready for the plot twist) I bought an awesome Jeep Patriot...I love it and always thought they were perhaps just out of reach financially, but I was wrong. With zero pressure, and in a short amount of time I knew it WAS doable. My injury has kept me from driving and I have a bit of leg rehabilitation to go... but when I do I will be very proud Jeep owner and a devoted Elgin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram customer. Special and sincere thanks to Devon Abernethy in all respects... oh ya... thanks for delivering my Jeep with a special pink Jeep hat for my 7 year old daughter.... JUST AWSOME!!!! More

Amazing customer service!!! As soon as I walked through the door a sales man was already asking me if i needed some assistance. I said i was looking for Jason. He was just finishing up with another customer at the time so Tony was kind enough to show me a couple different cars. He has me test drive a car in the mean time. It was a Chrysler 200 base model. it seemed to be a pretty good car. Then when Jason was free, I sat down and spoke with him on what i was looking for. Next thing i knew, I was buying a 200 myself. It a quick yet detailed sale which I am very happy with. Thank you again Jason and everyone @ Chrysler who has made me feel great. More

The best fit!!! My husband and I were unsure what type of vehicle we wanted. We were leaning towards a Journey when Jason thought he'd mention a Ram. We took it for a test drive and totally fell in love. We started then finding reasons why a truck would be better for our life style and we ended up closing the deal! We've had our Ram for a little over a month and can't say enough positive things about it. The service at the dealership was amazing, smooth, no hidden surprises. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to meet up with Jason. He not only listened to what our needs we're but gave us suggestions on what he thought would fit. More
