We purchased a used Dodge Promaster from this dealership in early April for business use. Shortly after leaving the lot we learned that the vehicle had been in an accident that resulted in extensive roof da in early April for business use. Shortly after leaving the lot we learned that the vehicle had been in an accident that resulted in extensive roof damage with a poorly done repair using household paint, styrofoam, and bondo tape. We requested a refund for the vehicle or a swap for an equivalent vehicle, including the additional expenses for installing a ladder rack. 6 weeks later, while driving, the brakes on the truck failed completely, we are unable to press the brakes and had to use the emergency brake to stop it. The brakes were allegedly inspected during the safety but the sales rep and manager have so far failed to show us proof of a safety inspection as required by law in Ontario. The sales rep Sam Thapa and manager Vineet have ignored all of our requests. We now have an open OMVIC claim as dealers are required to provide clients with proof of a safety inspection and disclose all past accidents. Stay away from this sleazy dealership unless you too would like an unsafe, damaged vehicle. More

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting 6 months for a tonneau cover. I called service and they said call parts. I called parts and they said to call the sales guy. I called my sales guy 5 times and left 2 voicemails in two weeks. Emailed 3 times and finally I get an email back saying he will get back to me by days end. 2 weeks later I call the sales manager and my sales guy magically doesn’t work there anymore but he will handle it. Two weeks later after getting voicemail on every call, I get another sales manager who apologizes for the issues and says he will get me an answer. Two weeks later and I can’t get ahold of anyone. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! More
