Will not return deposits if not approved for financing! I applied for financing and gave $200.00 deposit and was not approved and dealership refuses to return money back. Several phone calls and emails and I applied for financing and gave $200.00 deposit and was not approved and dealership refuses to return money back. Several phone calls and emails and texts and no reply. Do Not Trust this dealership especially Karl salesman, he ignores phone calls and emails and makes excuses why he wont return calls. Very unprofessional service. Finance manager ridiculed us for credit history which was incorrect as we were approved for the same vehicle by a different gm dealer and praised how great our credit background actually is, I am sure Karen finance manager only wanted Leasing not Financing since she approved a lease all of a sudden once I repeatedly asked for my money back. She was rude and dismissive. I would never recommend thus dealership to anyone in the lower mainland. More

After going to dueck on marine and being taking such great care of by my saleman Jonathan Overton and the other staff I knew I had came to the right place. They made me feel comfortable and that they really appreciated my business unlike many of the other dealers I had previously visited. They went over and above the call of duty to make sure everything went smoothly and I was extremely impressed with the sale from start to finish. Jonathan did everything he could and more to make sure I was happy and leaving a dealership in good spirits. Worst Service! I finally found the time to write my review on this dealership. I'll have to say, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! When I bought my car from Dueck on Mari I finally found the time to write my review on this dealership. I'll have to say, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! When I bought my car from Dueck on Marine, the experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful on any question I had towards my car of interest ( I guess they just want your money). Sadly, the car I purchased broke down on me a few time on the first month. I called the dealership to try to talk to someone that could help me with my concerns and was transfer many many many times to different departments. NO ONE KNEW ANYONE! So called managers kept transferring over and over; managers didn't know who the owner was or who other manager were from different departments; nothing! Well at the end, I decided if the car kept broking down, I would just take legal action. Thank god everything was ok with the car after a few time in and out of the dealership. Moreover, some minor damage was done to my car when it went for repair one of the many times it went in to get fix. I consulted Archie Archibald Service Consultant regarding my issue. Archie stated, " we will have to look through the dealer's cameras to make sure the damage happened here.) Which I agreed to. After months of chat over emails, phone and me wasting my time going to the dealer, nothing was done about it. Once again, NO ONE KNEW ANYONE. The damage was very minor, so I decided to just forget about it.; not worth my time or stress due to the fact that I'm a university student. That all the stress I need lol. I guess such behaviour is Dueck on Marine tactic to deal with costumers concerns and issues. The way I see it, the only option you have with such a business is legal actions. Overall, I'm really happy with my car. But be warned people, I'm sure I'm not the first one that has experience or deal with such BS. Thanks for reading. More

Wanting to ensure I would find a vehicle right for my needs and was still enjoyable to drive, Jonathan presented another option that satisfied me and checked all the boxes. I'm proud to say I now drive a Chevrolet Cruze that's stick shift with turbo. What a blast to drive for the price I paid. I'm a happy customer! More
