Terrible buying experience from Karl. . Purchased 2019 Jeep Cherokee from him Karl, everything was well before time of sale, however at time of pick up the vehicle died on the way home.. . I had ordered a driver to pick up the vehicle due to the distance. The driver was stranded as the battery would not power the vehicle. Luckily my driver managed to get someone to boost the vehicle. I informed Karl about it, however he gave me a mechanic explanation about voltage and etc. Nonetheless my driver managed to bring the vehicle back to Ontario. I had immediately changed the battery as Karl said he would reimburse me for it. The vehicle drove well for 2 days and died again. To my findings, the vehicle required an alternator and starter motor. I had informed Karl about the faults and he informed me he would get back to me. It has been a back and forth battle with him, I have been extremely patience with him. I have forwarded him all the receipts and etc of the repairs. The invoices totaled to $2000. I have given information several times and never been called back. I have waiting on hold many times and always been transfered to a machine in a different department. I have left several messages, none have been answered. The worst is that every day after I call once, reception stops answering my calls. I guess once they get your money, you don't matter anymore. I don't know how a business with customer service like this could exist in todays competitive climate. I will never buy a car here again. More

Je croyais que les discussions étaient sincères mais lors de ma visite de signature, les mensonges après dissimulations après cachotterie et une autre couche de faussetés du vendeur senior ont fini par ne plus être dissimulables. Plusieurs heures de négociations jusqu’à 4 pm samedi. J'y retourne lundi matin pour fermer la transaction et soudainement toutes mes options de véhicule n’étaient plus dispo sans parler d’avoir essayer de me passer un 2021 pour un 2022 qui venait tout juste d'être vendu. Le PDSF, le rabais offert dans une belle étoile, le prix vendant du véhicule et le prix d’échange, sauf que le prix vendant est sans taxes bien sûr mais ils m’informeront que le prix de l’échange est taxes incluses seulement lorsqu'ils faut fermer l'offre, ce qui rendait le prix de l’échange encore plus ridicule. Le directeur des ventes de Duclos a pris le temps d’essayer de m’aider sur Facetime en m’offrant un modèle inférieur, augmenté avec des options que je ne voulais pas et sans les options que je voulais, un 2021, beaucoup plus cher que toutes les propositions reçues initialement. Il annoce un véhicule usagé sur leur site. Je les appelle. On me dit que si le véhicule est sur le site alors il est disponible.
