I had a great experience buying my first car at Toronto Dodge Chrysler Ltd. I visited it just to check their new and used cars and after 15-20 minutes with AJ I already signed up for financing of a 2014 Do Dodge Chrysler Ltd. I visited it just to check their new and used cars and after 15-20 minutes with AJ I already signed up for financing of a 2014 Dodge Journey, which was approved in two days (could be even faster if it wasn't the weekend). The following day when I came to pick up my car, AJ spent another hour explaining to me all the specifications and details of my warranty and other car information. He was glad to answer all my ridiculous first time car buyer's questions. Which is more, this man had a great sense of humor! I enjoyed dealing with guys from Toronto Dodge Chrysler and I advise everyone to check their dealership downtown if you are planning to get one of the American cars. More

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer Would not recommend, sales staff was great, service was horrible. Last time in service rep/ mechanic left huge scratch in truck. The vehicle delivered was not exactly the vehicle agreed upon. That this was even a possiblity was not made clear enough when we shook hands on the price. Though it was only the colour that changed, it left a bad taste in the mouth and the feeling that there could be other things not exactly as agreed upon.
