I had been dreading the 'dealership experience" that I was expecting; a pushy sales person, being tricked into something I didn't want etc. Jenaya was very calm, relaxed and not the least bit pushy. She was wonderful to work with. She went over everything with me that I asked, she asked the right questions to make sure that I knew I wanted what I wanted without being pushy and some pros and cons of my chosen vehicle. Overall the experience was much better than I had expected coming into it and really appreciate everything that both Jenaya and Tim did to help me purchase my (almost) new vehicle! Thank you both! Right from my first call to them, I had a great buying experience and our salesperson, Shawn, was a real pleasure to deal with. I felt that the vehicle was better in person than even advertised (had new tires for instance which wasn’t even listed in their ad). Shawn helped walk me through the whole process and was both knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly, he treated me, my wife, and our two children with the utmost respect. There was never any pressure, only answers and helpful strategies on how I could get what I needed. The other staff and the overall environment at the dealership was friendly and helpful too. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from the dealer, and in particular from Shawn as he was quick to respond and always had a can do attitude. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us into the car we wanted. We were especially pleased with Ethan, our salesman. He made sure our car was ready to test drive when we arrived from out of town and that it was ready to go when we came 2 weeks later to pick it up. The little extra things like offering us a bottle of water after travelling, and even bringing my husband's forgotten wallet to the restaurant we were having dinner at were so appreciated. Tim in finance also did a great job explaining all the different warranties and letting us know he was available in the future for any questions and concerns. Thanks so much and we will be back. Excellent experience at Whyte Ave Dealership! Yesterday I went through with purchasing a nearly new Chevy Silverado through Shawn Macdougall at the dealership. I was a bit apprehensive seeing as I Yesterday I went through with purchasing a nearly new Chevy Silverado through Shawn Macdougall at the dealership. I was a bit apprehensive seeing as I've held onto my old truck for a while, and I've never bought a vehicle through a dealership. Shawn made me feel right at home, and any feelings of apprehension soon went away. He listened to what I was looking for and provided multiple options for me to choose from without being pushy. At the same time, Shawn was able to explain the value in the deal we were about to make on my truck, which has helped me in having no buyers remorse. We discussed any additions ( floor mats, boxliner, cover) and he was more than happy to assist with that. He was very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I also had the pleasure of meeting finance manager, Tim Florek. Tim was very professional. All documents that needed to be signed were in place, making the process as quick and painless as possible. When I asked for a breakdown of my Bi weekly payments, Tim was more than happy to look that over with me. Both Shawn and Tim emphasized to phone them at any time if I had any questions about the truck, the financing, warranty work, or anything else that came up. My Experience Shawn MacDougall was my sales rep. I told him what vehicle I was interested in, we set up a date for a test drive. The day before my test drive I de Shawn MacDougall was my sales rep. The day before my test drive I decided I wanted to see another vehicle as well, I told Shawn which vehicle it was (from the website). When I arrived for the test drive, he had both vehicles ready for me to look at. The vehicle I chose was the one that I told him about the day before. That vehicle was not detailed, as I asked to see it just the day before. I was fine taking it that way as it really wasn't that bad. Shawn had it detailed and looking brand new, he also arranged for the financing for the vehicle I chose - completed with in two hours. Pros' Shawn did not try to sell me anything I did not want, he respected my decision. All of the staff that I encountered there were courteous and helpful. I would go back to Shawn again if I needed, however I bought my dream vehicle and I am a very satisfied customer. Con's The dealership is 4 hours away from me. More
