Good communication and willingness to fix mistakes Bought a 2018 Colorado Diesel. I had requested 3 add on options for the truck, Undercoat, Paint protection, and Drop in bed liner. I left the truck to get all three done, unfortunately the bed-liner got delayed. I let the truck wait for a week but I needed a vehicle the dealership provided a loaner until my truck got finished. Through out the process the Sales rep stayed in touch and updated with what was going. In the end it turned out that the drop in was damaged in transit, the dealership offered to the spray in liner instead at no additional cost. What I appreciated is the communication I had received, yes it wasn't a perfect transaction but the willingness to alleviate the problem by the dealership made up for the fact the drop in liner wasn't installed. More

I didn't have to listen to "how great this dealership was and their great ratings etc" as I heard from other dealerships. It's been quite an experience for me as a single senior lady. Test driving a suv with sold sign in window but "no that doesn't mean anything " 2 hrs later I'm told "sorry it's sold but here is another one" a lot higher price.
