The used vehicle sales was very dishonest in trade in
value and other negotiations for trades. Derek was the salesperson but I think his manager is to blame.

Brought in the car early only to be called later in the
afternoon that the car repair was not done. No respect for client’s time. Also, usually dealership would let u know any estimated repairwork charges
