(Des Sources) Worst dealership i have been too, service is a disaster. No call back, no follow up. Impossible to speak to someone. Even after leaving multiple messages, no one calls back. I had an electrical problem in my jeep about a month ago and for some reason my remote starter is no longer fonctionning (they are at fault) since then, i am not able to get an answer on when it will be fixed. They are very good at excuses, telling me the technician is not here. Jean-Marc asked me to send him a picture of my starter 2 days ago saying he needed to see what type of remote starter it was. I never heared from him again, does not pick up the phone. I am always the one trying to reach out tobe able to speak to someone. Terrible service. Knowing how bad they are, i would not have bought my car here. I am a very understanding person, but they lack professionalism. This place should be rated less than 1. To be able to get an answer, I need to show up in person, waste of time. Very unsatisfied with them!! More

I asked the dealer to change the seat cover by the warranty, they ordered wrong parts, which I was waiting for 2 months, then they ordered a good one. I told that to the service manager, she said it is ok car will be ready soon . Then lunch starts, nobody was working on the car . I ask them again they told me that the car willing be ready at 2 pm. Absolute terrible service! !! Never going again and definitely don’t recommend. A huge mistake was done on my financing and this place couldn’t even take proper ownership to apo !! You buy a 3500$ Warranty and bring it in due to a check engine light . They cannot find the issue because their computer doesn't get a code. Worst mechanics i have ever dealt with .
