Scarily incompetent and disorganized staff. I went for an oil change at the quick lube, and it was a total disaster. I pulled up after waiting a bit, and they checked my lights. They pop the hood, then proclaim that I have windshield washer fluid in my coolant. This turns into a whole mess, with multiple people looking it over who have no idea what coolant looks like. They insist my engine is about to be ruined if I don’t schedule it in for some services. This makes no sense, as I have been driving it without any issues for many kilometres. While they are fussing about the coolant thing, (no oil change has been started yet- the reason I went there) they take out the cabin air filter. They never put another one back in. I eventually learn they they are freaking out over the coolant because they insist that it can only be red, not the yellow-green that it is. I decline all the interventions they are pushing and try to get them to finish the job. Finally they let the vehicle pull forward, and then leave me there parked and start working on another vehicle. I finally loose it and get out of my vehicle to find someone and ask what is going on. Some lady opens the door for me and lets me go, saying that they were just waiting for me to see if I wanted to schedule those services. I’ve never had a quick lube constantly insist I get out of the vehicle like this place did. I still have no cabin air filter, or even a sticker that lets me know what oil they used, but I leave because I still have 5 hours of driving ahead of me. So I’d say avoid this place at all costs. I had no idea an oil change could be such a disaster. I left feeling worried that they ruined my vehicle. More
Terribly underskilled and incompetent mechanics. They're parts changers at best, not mechanics. When they can't figure out obvious issues, they just say it's normal and shuffle you out the door. Great sales department. Service sucks!! If there is no engine light on they can’t fix it. I have headlights that go out while driving, speedometer that’s 8k out, dust inside cab, garage door If there is no engine light on they can’t fix it. I have headlights that go out while driving, speedometer that’s 8k out, dust inside cab, garage door opener that works after pressing 10 times, cab heat quits every so often. The headlight & heater can be fixed temporarily by shutting off the key for a couple mins & restarting.I would think it’s a ( e c m or b c m )problem, they think there’s nothing wrong,! They kept pushing me out the door until the warranty is off. More

charged for parts that were not really installed Had prob with air suspension system, was told pump was blowing fuses n needed upgrade on lines to front end. They said pump needed replacing, which i found strange as it had blown up the rear bags to the max off road height. when I picked up the truck I asked for old parts but was told they would look but garbage truck had already been there. In a nut shell I was charged $2,000 for a chronic problem that manifested before the warranty had expired, was charged for parts that were not installed, and apparently Denham sends dangerous goods into the landfill. I have been talking to other 2014 halfton owners and found that I am not alone, one other even took his to another repair facility and was told that the pump definitely was not a new part. I had not dealt with Denham since the early 80s because of a similar problem when my wife took our full size Van in for service and was similarly cheated. In the mean time we have owned n operated over 90 light trucks n cars not one of them a Dodge product n never had one similar problem. YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. More
Terrible Customer Service When we purchased a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in April of 2016 we had a great experience. The salesman worked hard to get us into the truck we wanted, a When we purchased a brand new 2016 Ram 2500 in April of 2016 we had a great experience. The salesman worked hard to get us into the truck we wanted, and unfortuantely, Dennis is no longer with Denham, and ever since we have received TERRIBLE customer service. We have been having trouble with the paint on this brand new truck. It is now less than a year old and I am writing this review as the truck is at the auto body shop getting the fender & bumper repainted (at our expense) due to the paint peeling and very severe rock chips (to the point that it's rusting). We went back and forth with Denham about this for almost a year (summer 2016-Mar.2017) and have just been told they weren't going to do anything for us. The result is crappy- that they won't help us. But the attitude of the General Manager is what really gets me. He basically hung up on my Fiancé after saying they wouldn't do anything. In the time that we were trying to get this worked out, the Service Manager ALWAYS said "I'll get back to you by end of day" then weeks would pass and we would end up calling again or stopping in as our calls weren't being returned. Long story short, Denham will not be recieving any more service from us. Once the truck is no longer on warranty, they will not see us again. After this issue and speaking with friends and colleagues, we have heard that we aren't the first to experience something like this! More
