The people in Davis are very friendly. Don always does his best to get you the deal you want. I have owned two new trucks and I would never think about buying from anyone else. Manager always throw in lit his best to get you the deal you want. I have owned two new trucks and I would never think about buying from anyone else. Manager always throw in little perks or bonuses to keep the customer happy. I definately recommend this dealer! More

I have owned vehicles for over 30 years. I must say Davis GM has been the best Dealership I have every dealt with... I have not yet experience a rough moment or belittled by any of the staff-- as has Davis GM has been the best Dealership I have every dealt with... I have been using Davis for many years for our 2 personal vehicals and my work truck and we have always received great service. Christy and Rhonda are always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Mike Schrit was excellent to deal with. Great service to get me in touch with the appropriate person at Davis.Christen I believe was her name. Very accomodating and friendly. One concern however,my truck is brand new so when I picked it up there was muddy footprints in the box of the truck,probably because they used my truck to haul the running boards over to the detail center where they were installed.I also noticed a few scratches on the wood grain console in the truck but to be honest, I am not sure that they were not there previously.Thank you for asking. I recently purchased tires from Davis GMC Buick and I will only purchase tires from them in the future (based on my exceptional experience). Tim Davis was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and went will only purchase tires from them in the future (based on my exceptional experience). Tim Davis was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and went out of his way to help me choose the optimal tires at the ideal price. I had previously tried contacting other businesses but none came close to the pricing quoted to me by the Davis dealership nor could they book me in for installation as quickly as the Davis dealership. Buying tires at the beginning of winter is normally something I dread, however Tim Davis and Davis GMC Buick made this experience an easy, positive one! I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone. Well, Davis BMC did it again! On New Year's Eve I Well, Davis BMC did it again! On New Year's Eve I had a car accident. The streets in Medicine Hat were like ice and, after sliding downhill for Well, Davis BMC did it again! On New Year's Eve I had a car accident. The streets in Medicine Hat were like ice and, after sliding downhill for about two blocks, the car slid sideways and crashed! Amazingly there wasn't one scratch and even though I drove it home (at about 2 miles an hour) the steering was horrible! I called Rob in the Tire Shop on Tuesday morning and we made a plan. The car would be taken to his shop by a towing company and then he would inform me of the damage. Rob was wonderful! He called me, sent emails and then delivered the car to my office himself the next morning! He not only gave me a detailed invoice and verbal explanation regarding the damages but also sent me a photo of the wheel measurements before and after repair. This morning I received a call from Rob who stated that he had taken my car for a test drive. He not only noticed that the battery was low but also remembered that I had mentioned the need for a battery boost last Wednesday. Because of this, he had the battery tested and replaced so I saved time, effort and another trip to the garage! Al Patterson did all the work on my car. I really couldn't believe that he had everything completed and checked by this morning! He only had access to the car for less than 24 hours and some of that time was needed to order parts! I love my car! It has 77,000 kms even though it is a 2003 model. It is obvious that both Rob and Al also respect and love my car! I am so thankful that I have partners like Rob and Al who know my needs and place service as a top priority for each day that they work! More

On December 27 2011, I took my Olds Van in for repairs. Don Perks was the service writer. I had never been to him before even though I have been a regular customer of Davis GMC since 2003. Rhonda is always so friendly and easy to deal with. She goes above and beyond everytime that I bring my vehicle in for service. She is always quick to let me know where the job is at as far as how long my goes above and beyond everytime that I bring my vehicle in for service.
