I started my search for a 2013 Acadia by emailing as many Alberta dealers as I could. Many got back to me but Vanessa at Westwind was clearly looking hardest to find us what we needed. After a couple of emails she let us know that she had a new 2012 Acadia on the lot that was available at a greatly discounted price. This unit met all our needs (except colour preference) but she presented us the option. Turned out to be exactly what we needed. The silver colour is awesome as well. We were able to get into a way nicer vehicle than we were even asking for all because Vanessa was thinking outside the box with our needs in mind. The sale process itself was painless with Vanessa walking us through the process and taking care of all the details. She was also friendly and helpful with assisting us with our questions even after we took the vehicle home. My wife and I drove from Calgary to Westwind Chev to have a look, but decided That particular Enclave wasn't the one for us. Vanessa was very helpful, and asked a lot of questions as to what we wanted compared to the Enclave we looked at. She then proceeded to show the us some different Enclaves available to Westwind on the autosalberta.ca website. There was many to choose from so we decided to go home and take a hard look at what was available. We also felt Vanessa never made us feel rushed even though the dealership was closing. A couple days later we found an Enclave at Grizzly Trail Motors we really like and Vanessa brought it in for us. We went back to Westwind made our deal, and have been happy with our purchase. To shorten up my review our overall experience was very pleasant, and everything went smooth. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, and courteous, dealership was clean, and presentable. Also wanted to mention the dealer fees were very reasonable compared to any dealers in Calgary, and they filled the tank up with Gas! I can't stress enough how much that is appreciated! I have spent 50-60k on new vehicles, and almost had to beg for a quarter tank fuel, and that's no joke. More

I've only lived in the country a year, so with little to no credit history it would've been difficult for me to finance my purchase but solid workmanship was put forward for my case and I got the vehicle I desired, of which I'm extremely happy with! All the help I was given in setting up the perfect payment plan was very helpful and friendly.
