i bought a used Honda Accord. . the sales part was okay- the ‘financing’ part was a whole other story- and we weren’t even financing the vehicle.. i waited for HOURS- they kept tel . the sales part was okay- the ‘financing’ part was a whole other story- and we weren’t even financing the vehicle.. i waited for HOURS- they kept telling me 15 min more- finally after 3 hrs i left- came back before they closed to complete the transaction- which took all of 10 minutes.. not one apology by finance guy.. the day i bought the car it was absolutely pouring out- so I could not see that there was a tiny crack in windshield. ofcourse we noticed it the next morning - called and texted my sales guy and manager and have yet to hear back from them… i will not use this dealership again..
