We are both students, and purchasing this vehicle was a noteworthy financial commitment for us. Having visited a number of dealerships in Calgary (Hyundai and others) I have to say that this was the only location where we didn't feel pressured to move forward through the purchasing process until we were ready, and until we found something we liked. We had a really great product advisor, Trip Sanhu. Trip was with us during the process, from start to finish. Before visiting the dealership we were not overly familiar with Hyundai's products. However, Trip made a concerted effort to really explain everything and to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. After landing on the Santa Fe XL, he took us through all the trim levels one-by-one to make sure we were getting the features we wanted without going over our budget or paying for features we didn't need. I was really impressed with Trip's availability; as my partner and I were discussing our options and running numbers, we'd often come up with additional questions. Trip was always available via text or cell, and in one instance he even offered to modify his work schedule to meet at the dealership when it worked for us. During the purchase process we also had the opportunity to meet with some other dealership staff: Luke R. (Sales Manager), Justin W. (Finance Manager), and Nels Kelly (General Manager). I have nothing but good things to say about our dealings with these folks. At no point in the process did we feel like we were "just another customer". Luke and Nels worked hard to put a good deal together for us, and ultimately, it was the best price we could find on a Santa Fe among all the Hyundai dealers we visited. Justin was also able to work with us to manage our unique financial situation (i.e. both students) and move the purchase process forward. If you're looking at purchasing a Hyundai, or if you're not sure what you want just yet, I'd recommend stopping into the dealership in Crowfoot and chatting with Trip about your options. More

Luke sent us to see Jason about test driving a new vehicle to get the feel for the model we were considering (Santa Fe). Jason was extremely knowledgable, professional, and very personable for a sales person. We usually dislike sales people because in our experience, they are generally pushy. We were back a few different times after thinking about our purchase. We were also deciding between two different demo vehicles. We spoke prices with Shane and felt he was a little pushy and less professional than we would have liked. Jason was very patient with us as we wanted to make sure we made the right decision for us. We came to the decision to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport Limited. We were able to work with Luke to get a great price on it and we are very happy. We have so far had a great experience at this dealership and continue to have positive experiences when we need something. Jason is awesome!! More

Jason and Nels listened to what I was looking for and when I mentioned my frustrations on dealing with warranty’s and maintenance in the past with vehicles they took on the personal role to always be available to help me understand and take time to educate so i feel comfortable with what maintenance is required. I also mentioned my like of their Russian looking hats and they tossed one in and they are great for dog walking! More

When I went to pick up the vehicle, it had cheaper and inferior tires on it. At first the sales rep seemed to be hoping I would just forget about it. (I didn't ) I don't think expecting the items that I paid for is unreasonable. I even had to remind them that i wanted the stock wheels and tires that come with the car. They also seemed to have let the vegas trip that was in the deal slip their minds as well. A week later when they put the right tires on the car I noticed while I was out and about that the front tires were all but flat. The incompetence level was pretty ridiculous. On a good note, I thought Mark Trussler did a nice job in Finance. Very polite and made the process as easy as it could be. I gave one star in this review because although they made buying the car easy and almost enjoyable, trying to rip me off on tires and hope I wouldn't notice, seemed to have soured me on this dealership. More

The people checked off were phenomenal at creating an all-inclusive 2-day experience with 0 pressure and total ease, and successful deal. I would recommend anyone here I found a welcome approach carousel presentatation. Four cars, and plenty of alone time after the initial rapid fire car try outs. Hp was discussed so the I got to try the Elantra line up from gls to sport to gt. The finance was amazing. All live no walls a desk up and plenty of flexibility. Plus they went the extra distance to bridge the gap with my trade in. If you’re looking or considering a Hyundai or just want to test drive one or two check Crowfoot’s Hyundai by far the best experience I’ve had one might wonder if I didn’t get the Elantra GT GLS because I had been allowed to experience and accustom myself go back and forth from one, some alone time to really think about the purchase. More
