Not a very good/knowledgeable sales team. Wanted to buy a vehicle listed for $59800. Unfortunately the vehicle was significantly overpriced, did not show well (manager was driving it so it wasn't clean and filled with personal items). Entertaining trades, they also low-balled both of my existing vehicles (One just sold for 70% of what they offered me). Despite that, I still gave a very reasonable offer of 56k all in. They rejected that and were only willing to drop the price a couple hundred. That vehicle has been dropping in price every week and is now listed for $52.9 and if/when they sell will be less than what I offered. Being greedy isn't a good way to do business. More

So far, the Service Center at Country Hills Nissan have offered a terrible customer experience. They are unable to fix the problems in a single visit, take days to respond to voice calls and emails, do offered a terrible customer experience. They are unable to fix the problems in a single visit, take days to respond to voice calls and emails, do not accept walk-ins, and are usually arrogant in dealing with customers. I’m Nissan is 10 months old, and getting my vehicle serviced from Country Hills Nissan has been a nightmare. After a point, the client service representatives carry a “I care a f$&k” attitude. My recommendation would be to work with other Nissan service centers instead. More
Had our rogue in for a recall and some warranty paint work , dropped it off Monday night and picked it up Tuesday night . The recall was for airbags , we had no issues with it . I looked at the invoice , nothing was done with the paint . Wasting my gas and time bringing it back and picking it up for nothing , now I have to do it again ! Airbags are a safety issue , now the light is on , when it never did before? If the dealership doesn't have people who know what they are doing , probably should find decent techs and service writers . . . It's not the first time we've had issues with service ! Sales department has always been great . Service ,,, not so much !!! Tired of getting the runaround! I'm a licensed tech and bought my wife a new vehicle so I don't have to work on it and warranty should take care of her car . More
