Service and parts I went to classic Honda today ... reaso for me going there is because I needed a new key for my car since my old key was damaged! The two people I dealt with a male and female and the service desk were beyond rude and VERY unprofessional! I believe the girls name was hailey and the guy I didn't see a name on him. I was beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service I was given today especially form a reputable dealer. I left very angry and had my husband call again. He spoke to a gentleman in parts by the name of Mario. I went right in and he knew exactly what I was talking about and helped me out right away! I am beyond happy with the service provided from Mario and he was the only one in there that was able to help me today.
