Wouldn't buy again from this dealership with a sales representative like this. Bought a brand new 2022 Santa Fe, but was missing the cargo area cover on delivery. I was assured by my sales representati representative like this. Bought a brand new 2022 Santa Fe, but was missing the cargo area cover on delivery. I was assured by my sales representative and the sales manager, that it would be shipped the following week to my home address. Now over a month has passed and still no cover received. The sales representative is unresponsive and completely lack the professionalism and the decency to even respond to inquiries (text, email, phone call). Left a message again this week and he won't even return a call. Regretfully this individual makes a reputable dealership look bad. More
