Absolutely the worst customer service I ever seen in my life . I brought my 2017 Dodge Ram that I purchased from Clarigton Honda for a warranty fix . After one week of having the truck never received one phone call for an update when I spoke to Allen on august 22 he said the truck is ready. But there is an issue the truck was broken into. When I got to Honda they said there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to Mike Clayton the general manger. He said a few cars were broken into and there was nothing he could do even tho the truck was under there supervision. They do not have a fenced yard to keep your vehicle safe. They do not bring them in the shop at night. When I showed up to the dealership have of the staff was apparently on lunch break and said they would Be more then and hour. Clearly they were trying to avoid the situation. I asked to speak who was in charge I was directed to a preson named Andy who apparently had no idea what was going on.😅😂. Finally mike Clayton was back from his hour lunch. All they tried to do is cover there behind. I brought the truck in there one piece came back totalled. As a result this dealership is ran by a bunch of clowns.after all was set and down Mike Clayton called me and also said get ur truck of my lot after it was unsafe to drive. There human resource Dept is not Much better. Look at ratings of there head office. It’s horrible. Please think twice before purchasing a vehicles from this deal ship More

My deal was done within 30 minutes as Clarington Honda does not nickel and dime unlike other dealerships I've dealt with during this buying process. Mohammad U was my sales person. He was upfront, transparent, knowledgeable and helpful. During the delivery he took the time to go over the features of my new vehicle. Nigel S was my Finance person. He was good to work with as he was responsive throughout the process of finalizing the deal. There was no pressure in buying additional warranties and provided details on each product along with the impact to my payments. Clarington Honda cares building relationships with their customers. Called this dealer spoke with a Carrie (she was nice) about buying a new snow blower for $1103 with a rebate they offered me on the unit. I gave my credit card set up a appointment for pick up. A verbal contract was made payment was given, then they call back say no rebate and wanted $1250. The manager on duty told me I have no written contract so I was out of luck. Told him I would write reviews on social media and he hung up on me. Lesson here they shouldn't be trusted get it in writing. More

We made the mistake trusting and buying our new car from this dealership! Initially we were suppose to go to Pickering Honda, based on the good experiences my coworkers expressed. However, we went there and found a few cars that caught our eyes before we decided just to buy new! Carrie was wonderful in showing us and explaining the features. She was truly a sweet heart and worked with us. Then we sat with Jay to go over the additional insurance packages, and to take care of the finances. We were advised by him we would get 3 free oil changes when we purchase two additional insurance packages. It wasn't till I called in to provide the bank's address, that we found paperwork was not done properly. The agent I spoke with fixed it, and advised that Jay was a new employee. No biggie mistakes happen... so we thought! We contacted Jay once more to upgrade the KM in one of the packages due to my daily commute. We kept our commitment and kept both packages and upgraded one, expecting he would keep his. This was done over the phone and at the end we were told the 3 free oil changes would be in my file. When I called to book a oil change, I found that it wasn't on my file! And when I spoke with Jay to remind him what he had told us, he stated he wasn't here the day we picked up the car; therefore he doesn't know what was arranged. The ONLY changes that were made was only our upgrade in one of the packages, that was done with him over the phone! We had trusted him to do what he said he was going to do. He stated he didn't recall this and I should have taken this up with the person that I signed the final paperwork with when we picked up the car. I wasn't going to repeat professional ethics to him, so I requested to speak to his supervisor because we were lead wrong. Jay had told me that no one was available to take my call at the time, and that I would receive a call back from a manager. It's been a week and a half later and I still haven't received a call back. I will not return to this dealership to get my son's car or our CRV. I also don't and will not recommend this dealership to anyone in the future. More
