Civic Motors go above and beyond! See my parents got their 2020 stolen. I took my parents to Civic Motors where the stuff there always took care of me. At the time my parents need it a vehicle( it was the only colour available due to the shortage ) however they didn't like in Black. Since they had to wait for the insurance and honda finance to sort things out. I asked My Sales Representative Kyle Newman to see if could change the colour. A colour my parents would be happy with...Kyle talked to Vlad (The sales manager) and Jad ( Sales Representative) together they made the impossible possible and my parents super happy. They were able to pull it off. On extremely short notice (I arrived 0900 Saturday morning) they quickly identified a serious problem with my Odyssey tire that required its immediate replacement. Remarkably, they located two appropriate Michelin tires and a proper rim, despite the current supply chain issues. Within 90 minutes I was on the road to Maine, USA with a new pair of balanced rear tires and a full size spare. Their excellent service was delivered while they also satisfied the needs of scheduled & unexpected "walk-in" customers. Amazing customer service! This highlights that Civic Motors Honda employs top-notch professionals who take the time to listen, advise, and deliver extremely fast, highly effective customer service and car maintenance, all the while continuing to give first rate service to other customers.
