Went in for an oil change without an appointment. Had the work done in under a half hour, for a fair price. We were just leaving the city to go to a resort on the Friday of the long weekend and we had problems with our braking system of our Honda Civic. When I brought the car in, I told them that I thought they were open until 9, but realized they were open only until 6. That was fine, it was my misunderstanding. However, it was impossible for me to pick up my car after 3 or the next morning at 9 because of work. Bruce told me to leave the car and he would call to update me on the timing of the work. If it looked like they would not be able to start it soon, we could rebook the appointment. I left for work with a pre-arranged loaner. By 8:30 Bruce had called me back to tell me that they had started the work and that the car should be ready for pick up by noon or so. I told him that was great and thanked him. He actually called back by 10:30 and told me that the car was ready whenever I wanted to come and get it. I greatly appreciated their understanding of my work commitment and their willingness to accommodate my schedule. In the future, I will know to book my appointments for Thursday when the dealership is open until 9pm. But Bruce and the team worked hard to give me great customer service. More
