All of the employees we were with were straight forward and made all of the details and numbers simple to understand which is what we considered the most comfortable part of the whole experience. Some dealerships aren't as down-to-earth with their facts as Volkswagen was to us. We are most happy with our decision to have chosen VW and we would recommend it to anyone else looking for a new set of wheels. Great job you guys! More

Noticeable attention to customer service and satisfaction. Basically I went in for service on my Jetta and was very satisfied with that experience. When I went to leave, Chris Preston was walking past my car and noticed a small spot on the back bumper that had been missed during my courtesy wash and vacuum. This wasn't an issue for me at all and was quite happy just driving away but he insisted that it go back to be washed, how could I say no! When I was waiting for the car to come back around I noticed the 2015 Ram 3500 in the lot and the rest was history.....very sad to see my beloved Jetta traded away but right from the get go I must say that good customer service and attention to detail landed a sale of a near new diesel pickup that was a much better suit for me at this time with my growing family. John Fanner was my salesperson along with a test drive and awesome experience dealing with Dylan Lambert who actually offered to run out and bring myself and pregnant better half some food while we waited and worked out some details. John has followed up on all aspects of the sale, answered any questions I've had and was just a real down to earth true blue gentleman that treated my better half with as much respect as myself and he never made her feel that she was outside of the buying experience. Bill Kidd was also great to deal with and had all the information I needed and processed my sale in a very fast, efficient and timely manner. I had a few little things to have looked at as you would with any used vehicle and Chris Thimer in service and Bill were all over every item in need of attention and really made me feel that my purchase was as important to them as it was to us which was also very appreciated. Basically I didn't just get top notch service from one salesperson you may get at another dealership but we really felt like this place worked like a team and it was noticeable. Comfortable show room, everyone smiling and getting along, no stress "that they showed anyways" and in a competitive market, just for the sole fact that your not going to be forgotten the moment you walk out the door is just one of a multitude of reasons I would not only recommend but also do business again with Volkswagen in Chilliwack. This is our 4th purchase from the dealership, that has to count for the trust we put into where our hard earned money is spent. More
