Our experience has always been first class, so we keep coming back. Buying this Highlander Hybrid was a big deal for us and the process from the first contact with Mike Loritz was excellent. Mike passed on any updates on the construction and expected delivery as soon as he got information, keeping us in the loop. The actual purchase and handover of the vehicle was very smooth and friendly. Mike has since followed up several times to make sure we are happy with the car. Overall, the experience and the interactions with Mike, Kerri Hope in Finance and Mark Peters in Delivery was excellent. More

Repeat Customer - Great service Since Calgary is such a large centre, Toyota purchasers have a few options to consider. Charlesglen has been my choice for 2 new vehicles now for the Since Calgary is such a large centre, Toyota purchasers have a few options to consider. Charlesglen has been my choice for 2 new vehicles now for the following reasons: 1) Excellent customer service - when a sales guy says he's going to call you back in an hour, he actually does it. Two different Hyundai dealers (Crowfoot and CH) do NOT do this. 2) Autorewards program - If you're going to service your car in the city anyway, why not get a bit of cash towards your next new car? This is a great loyalty program and it actually even gives you a discount at a few local retailers like Boston Pizza and others in the Crowfoot area. 3) Good, honest negotiating sales guys. I'd strongly encourage you to have a look at Charlesglen. Sean N was my sales guy and he's strong as well. More

I needed to trade my reliable old Camry for a small SUV to make travelling with a wheelchair easier for us. Even at my advanced age this was the first time that I had to buy a car on my own and I felt a bit overwhelmed. Hala Saaid answered my many questions, made excellent suggestions, and helped me through the negotiations. I was really pleased with her knowledge and her pleasant and friendly approach. I'm happy with the 2015 Rav 4 she sold me, it's perfectly suited to our needs. I'd also like to commend Jim McAlorum for explaining how to use the navigation system and patiently answering my questions about vehicle operation, and Phil Dao in Finance for making the process clear and easy. This is our family's 4th vehicle purchased and serviced at Charlesglen and we've always appreciated the reliable and friendly service. More

He's customer focused and wants to share his knowledge to ensure you purchase the perfect vehicle. Joey is easy to deal with and even made negotiations fun. He also went the extra mile by ensuring the vehicle we wanted was ready for a test drive and parked in a VIP spot. Alex in Finance was precise and friendly. He's also more focused on adding value to your purchase rather than being pushy. We picked up our car and it was ready as ordered and in perfect condition. Charlesglen was so good it surprised us. Even the restaurant food offered in house was high quality. If you genuinely want an honest car buying experience shop here. It might be the best dealership in the city. More

Very helpful parts man I have dealt with Kenny Thai and he is a very caring and helpful employee!! Every time that I have ordered something from a driver side mirror or just I have dealt with Kenny Thai and he is a very caring and helpful employee!! Every time that I have ordered something from a driver side mirror or just a simple piece bezel for a door handle or when my sons wife lost the keys to his tundra Kenny came to the rescue and handled everything. He just had to sit back and wait for the phone call that his truck was ready for pick up, Kenny is very helpful and knows what customer service is all about, i would highly recommend Kenny to anyone who needs Toyota parts or service ******** More
