The team at Carter Honda was extremely friendly, attentive and detail-oriented. I was looking for a new car and they happened to have a 22 Civic Hatch in stock. Jesse, Sabrina and Madison took great care of me from start to delivery. I had requested appointments to see the vehicle twice with family members, postpone the delivery date as I was sick, and had a bunch of questions about add-ons, payment options etc. Everyone was enthusiastic, responsive and helpful. I'm a brand new driver and this is my first car, and Carter Honda has definitely set a high standard! I am super grateful for the service I received, thank you all! More

I did feel an effort to upsell me on some services I did not want to deal with now, but it wasn't pushy. There is a new wheeze sound when I accelerate which is bothersome and I'll bring it in to determine where it is coming from. I was disappointed that the cabin map lights couldn't be fixed. It keeps going out even though its been looked at and and fixed? before. I was disappointed I could not pay through Apple Pay as it did matter to me. More
