My visit to Carter Dodge Chrysler was a completely different experience. The two sales persons that I dealt with - Michael Chidley and Derrik Williams - were consummate professionals who were moving my transaction along at the pace that I wished to go and added humour and advice along the way. They gave me a very fair deal that I could accept without hesitation. Al Chin in the Finance Department was a whiz at showing my car purchase in different ways , so I could choose the financing option that best suited my situation. He had me out of there in the fastest time I've ever encountered. Since I keep buying Dodge Carvans, this will be the only place I will go from now on. More

It was inconvenient for me, I needed to get home from work, I asked if they could bring vehicle to my work (10 min away) was told no that was not possible. I had to get a ride too pick up Jeep, was told that key would be at reception in showroom, she had no idea, finally someone else took the time to investigate took my keys left only too return the next day at 1:00 pm to have the recall service done in 15 minutes! Which annoyed me even further because the day before was told it would take 1/2 a day??? When I left I drove through parking lot turned around came back because radio was not functioning properly, I had no problems with it before service??? I came too this dealership because it was convenient for me close too work, but it was the most inconvenient and waste of my time! I will not return to this dealership for any services!! Not very friendly staff, waiting room was very drab, no working tv, radio music nothing! Bad customer services More

I was interested in a vehicle that I wanted to see, but I did not want to drive all the way out to Brentwood mall area to see it, Michael offered to bring it closer to me so I could test drive it. He was very honest, not pushy whatsoever and genuine. (and the best sense of humour). I felt comfortable with him and would buy a vehicle from him ANYTIME. In fact, I've told people at work about him and have passed on his number to them. I would recommend any of my family and friends to this guy.
