Poor common curtesy and customer service. Took my Ford in for a recall and had my wife ask if the could listen to the A/C as its been making different noises. This is the third time our vehicle has been in for a recall. I received a bill for almost $100.00. The description on the invoice states, listened with stethoscope, compressor noisy, rec compressor. Not once did they tell us it would cost that much. Manager unwilling to help and gave me excuses about how the have to put it on a lift and turn it on and run the AC. Wont be buying a ford again.
