It was easy to book the appointment and I was able to walk right in and get the work done (oil change and replace headlight bulb) very quickly. Great dealer up until I wanted mud flaps installed on my f150. Different brackets had to be ordered and shipping was terrible, all of which I understand, but everytime I called the dealer about it they said f150. Different brackets had to be ordered and shipping was terrible, all of which I understand, but everytime I called the dealer about it they said they would look into it and call me back. They never did call me back. When the mud flaps finally did show up and I got them installed the left side was sticking out about 1 inch further than the right side. Plus the last two times I brought it in I had to wait approximately 3 hours for it to get done. More
