At first i had a few concerns with the truck but when I brought them to Lana's attention she looked after them and get everything that I asked about fixed ASAP. Taylor was awesome. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and most importantly to me, she didn't BS me when I asked a technical question that she didn't know the answer to. I went into the dealership looking for a used truck and she was able to get me into a new truck for a lower payment that a used truck! Sadly I was not happy with the service side of the dealership. The truck was not ready when promised.... but Taylor went above and beyond. She washed my truck herself so i could take delivery of it as well as making sure I understood how to use some of the gadgets in my new truck. Overall as a whole Taylor Is 5 star all the way. The dealership as a whole, is sadly less. The delay in my truck being ready as promised has sadly taken away from the good experience I was hoping for. More

The first time that I came in to look at used cars, the front desk called Ian and he came with papers in hand ready to sell an used car to me. He asked me what kind of a car I was looking for and he went through his papers to look for a car that would suit my needs and never did he look for anything that wouldn't suit my needs. I only met with Rob just a couple of times but each time he was really friendly and did his best in any way that he could. The same goes for Jona, he was very helpful in his way and answered all my questions in the best way he could. The only thing that could have been better is the fact that Rob the fleet manager gave me a piece of paper with on it a description of how they could finance it but when I went to Jona the finance manager, the banks didn't want to finance a 2006 through the dealer as they only want to finance 2008's and newer. More
