Wow. Will not be coming back! It's such a shame that these people made me feel so unwelcome at their dealership - perhaps it was because I didn't appear to be up to their "standard It's such a shame that these people made me feel so unwelcome at their dealership - perhaps it was because I didn't appear to be up to their "standard", or, that's just how arrogant they are to everyone who walks in. I get it, you work for Audi...cool. Doesn't mean you're better than everybody! The staff could try to be a bit more personable (maybe try smiling once in a while) and at least give the illusion that they care about making sure their customers have a good experience. I was there for about half an hour, and after interacting with some of the expressionless, borderline miserable-looking sales people, I gave up and went elsewhere. I'm really not into that whole "I'm soOOOoO important!" vibe they have going on there. More

Courteous, knowledgeable a friendly environment no pressure. We were met by Bobby Levit, who introduced himself and asked if we had appointment . We indicated no that we were going to have look. He invited us to come into the show room , which we did and sat down with him . He asked us what we had in mind as to a car or suv. We then proceeded to look at cars . We made a appointment with Bobby to return on Wednesday, at which time we test drove a Audi A4 and Bobby sat with us in the car and explained it’s features. We agreed to purchase a Audi A4 white exterior with black interior. Today we picked up our Audi and are proud owners.
