I bought a used fully loaded 2018 Audi A5 in Audi Capilano and was pleasantly surprised how well the whole process went and how much value I got for the money. It was an Audi certified vehicle which Capilano and was pleasantly surprised how well the whole process went and how much value I got for the money. It was an Audi certified vehicle which came with 1 year factory warranty making me feel secure about the purchase. Plus the dealer installed new Michelin Pilot Sport tires and detailed the car so it felt like new, besides other servicing and addressing open recalls. I found there very nice personal interaction and willingness to help in all aspects. Aaron is still helping me with some other questions I might have showing his care and desire to keep the relationship. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new Audi or any other used vehicle to check their inventory and talk to managers. Special thanks to Aaron! More

I had such a great experience buying from Capilano Audi. I bought my car three months ago so it’s a good time to give them feedback on their professionalism and services. Tim was my first point of contact I bought my car three months ago so it’s a good time to give them feedback on their professionalism and services. Tim was my first point of contact and Aaron helped me with the rest of the process. They were so professional and patient, and most importantly they know the car business inside and out. Matthew handled the paperwork and I never forget that he took the work home and did the rest for me from there although he stayed for me at dealership for more two hours. I’m glad Matthew made the best of it because the next day the rates were went up. He stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Last but not least, I have contacted with Chris for services. He is above and beyond to make service time experience go smoothly and pleasurable. Overall, Capilano Audi is highly recommend if you are considering buying a new or pre owned Audi. More
