Reason for 3 star rating is because sales rep did not follow through on accessories ordered on 2023 Maverick...tow hitch and tool box for pickup bed. Has been 3 weeks now and no update!! These parts shou follow through on accessories ordered on 2023 Maverick...tow hitch and tool box for pickup bed. Has been 3 weeks now and no update!! These parts should have been on the truck when we picked it up. Really enjoying the 2023 Hybrid Maverick!! More

I’m sure they will contest this complaint, don’t believe them. They offered me 7k less than all other dealers in the area. Except for this, the amount of my car's trade value was very low when they evaluate it. so I sold it outside , and when Im paying them for a down payment (which is equal to my trade value they told me that very low when they evaluate it. so I sold it outside , and when Im paying them for a down payment (which is equal to my trade value they told me that down payment should be higher to get the same deal.
