Obviously in the past 2 years their customer service has plummeted. Bought a F150 in Ottawa but took it to Cabot for service. 5 months later, can’t even get them to return a call regarding a warranty clai plummeted. Would NEVER consider purchasing a new vehicle from them. More

Brought my vehicle in for service - it would crank over but not start. Cabot Ford charged me $1000 for a tune-up and the car still will not start.
