Excellent, switched to Budd's Mazda, left old Mazda dealer I leased a Mazda 3 from a Mazda dealership in Mississauga close to my home. I ran into problems from the start. From overcharging me for various items I leased a Mazda 3 from a Mazda dealership in Mississauga close to my home. I ran into problems from the start. From overcharging me for various items, to questionable practices to not completing service when promised again and again. I decided to buy-out my Mazda 3 at the end of my lease in December 2019. Even then they tried to charge me $500 for end of lease processing fee when the signed contract clearly stated $350. I had enough and switched to Budd's Mazda for my next service in Jan 2020. I immediately noticed the friendly reception I received, all the recommended services and charges were clearly explained to me ahead of time and my car was returned exactly when promised. I rate the service Budd's gave me a 5/5 and will return hoping the excellent and honest service continues. More
