I leased a Jaguar this year from Budd’s. Hard to believe how I have been treated ever since I took possession. There has been a number of issues with the vehicle and every time I try to contact them, I get no response back. Here is a good example.... there was something that came loose in the wheel well. I tried to contact them but they never got back to me. Believe it or not, I took it to my old dealership and they repaired it for no charge. Many of the extra features that I paid big money for are either not functioning or not functioning properly. No response back, so I have learned to just live with. From my experience so far, I would certainly not recommend doing business with them.
