"BMW Service"

Had another follow up to a problem that was not completely fixed. It was an anomaly. They took my X3 in right away and gave me a loaner at no charge while they fixed it. The staff are great at being available and letting you know what is happening day by day. The service person I was dealing with originally was off when my car was ready and another employee took over for the final. Very smooth and personal. Great Service from all yet again! Thank you team BMW for the excellent work and precision serving.

"Expensive "

I had a drive train malfunction issue and got it fixed hopefully no issues service was fine but i originally gave it in for diagnosis and approved 164 dollar for diagnosis , one hour that is just too much . Above all , I got the car fixed same location and another 1000 dollars , i asked to if they could waive the diagnosis fee (which mercedez generally does if you get it repaired at their service center ) but there was absolute NO . i think that is a rip off. i will recommend if you really need to go there

"Tires and spa"

The experience at Budd’s was good. I was in and out relatively quickly and everything was well organized. Everything was completed in estimated time. My service advisor was very difficult to understand as English is not his first language and his accent is very strong. Instead of calling my name to see me in the waiting area, he called my phone. Very odd and unusual for Budds.
