The entire sales staff all greet me when I'm there. You couldn't ask for better people. I feel at home when I'm there. Let me not forget the service and parts department. If my vehicle ever needed warranty work, it was booked in as soon as possible. And, if I needed a vehicle, one was provided for me from the lot to drive. I even was given from one of the staff members his own personnel vehicle to use.(thanks Grant) Where else does that happen. I would never consider letting Bridges down by shopping anywhere else. I will always be a loyal customer. I'm proud of my dealership. They truly go out of there way to put there customers first. Made it to N.Battleford, Sask. and immediately t While on a X Canada trip my 2010 HD Silverado developed an ECM problem which caused temporary stalls. Made it to N.Battleford, Sask. and immediately took my truck to Bridges kChev Buick GMC for help. Joe Carriere, the service consultant fit me in right away and in a short while traced the problem to the ECM . He found an ECM unit in the shop and Brendan Holstein installed it, took the truck on a test run and had me on my way within an hour or so. It is rare that one sees this kind of service! Awesome New Purchase Experience I was in search of a newer vehicle. I was really happy that I found Bridges. A very good friend gave me one of their staff's email address. I could no I was in search of a newer vehicle. I was really happy that I found Bridges. A very good friend gave me one of their staff's email address. I could not believe that I got a response immediately on a Sunday! On the next business day, they reviewed and narrowed down a list of cars for me to review. I went in to take a look and fell in love with a new Chevy that was on display in their showroom. The transaction experience on the Chevy was outstanding. I was allowed to work at my own pace. There was no pressure to close a sale. I was allowed to test drive new vehicles for a pretty generous duration. After selecting the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, I was assured that I will not be on my own after completing the sale because anyone at the dealership would readily assist if I had a question or concern. They were all extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles. I got unbelievable help with finalizing the transaction as the dealership took care of all communication with banks and prepared everything that I needed to complete vehicle registration. They even offered to give me a ride to collect my new vehicle. Every member of staff was pleasant, not just sales agents, everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a pleasant, hassle-free sales experience. More
