Dishonest dealership...upset Mother I am very upset parent. My son makes minimum wage (1800/month) and was sold a truck far beyond his finances.( 60k for a 2018 brand new). and I don’t I am very upset parent. My son makes minimum wage (1800/month) and was sold a truck far beyond his finances.( 60k for a 2018 brand new). and I don’t know how the Scotia bank put his loan threw. They put insurance for the truck they were selling him threw on salesman’s credit card and told him that when he comes back in to pay this he would then receive the 5000 cash as promised in the deal.. he had been told this would cover payments for a year.. They paid out loan for his little car, but I imagine he didn’t receive much for the condition in which it was in. They sold him all extra like loss of wages, dents covered, and depreciation.. so that when he traded it in in 3 yeas it would sill have good value.... adding unnecessary costs to the deal. OMViC will be hearing from us...I feel this dealership has taken extreme advantage of a young customer. More

Horrible expierence Went to I quite about a used car, wasn't shown a singke used car instead pushed towards a new Dart. So 200km on it not bad probably just to fill up an Went to I quite about a used car, wasn't shown a singke used car instead pushed towards a new Dart. So 200km on it not bad probably just to fill up and test drives. No problem. I test drove it and said I liked it. Needed a co signer ok no problem there. Went back with my co signer to take another look and guess what the car was already in my name and plated. "No way to get out of the sale now" I was told. "5,000$" just to get out even though no papers were signed. So stupid me juat went ahead and took it without knowing that what they did is illegal. Fast forward a month and my car is running horrible. Turns out they didn't have nearly enough oil in it when I bought it and at that point it had none! (Before I was due for my first oil change) mechanic lied to my face and said there was 2 qt in the engine. I know cars, ive worked on many cars and there was no oil in my car. Another few months goes by and the engine totally went down hill. Diving it unknowingly with no oil all the time. The engine had an oil burning issue that wasn't brought to my attention. Absolutely appalling. Customer service/sales (Jamie is awesome) was amazing but the way they do business is shady as can be. More

However, Having read the online reviews for Blue Mountain Chrysler and chatted locally we were very skeptical about purchasing anything from them. However, we found Garnet Walker was helpful throughout the process and delivered on the promises he made to have certain things "fixed" before we took delivery of the vehicle.. The process took longer than we were initially told but that was no fault of Garnet's or BMC, it was the suppliers they used, and in fairness to Garnet he did keep us updated throughout. A few minor issues with the vehicle since purchase which the dealership have thus far responded positively to - Thank You. More

Great Purchasing Experience from Inquiry to Close After being with one Auto Manufacturer for over 30 years, I decided to try shopping for a new vehicle at many different Dealerships to see if there wa After being with one Auto Manufacturer for over 30 years, I decided to try shopping for a new vehicle at many different Dealerships to see if there was something that was a better all round deal for my wife and I. I was looking for the right vehicle, at the right price and top notch service. So I went to about 8 different places before coming upon BlueMountainChrysler on my way home. Salesman Aaron Hawkins greeted me at the door and i very quickly felt comfortable with him and proceeded to explain what my needs were and he went to work FOR ME. After much discussion and many visits, we had it narrowed down to 2 choices, RAM or JEEP and soon after I went with the Jeep Cherokee North Aaron's patience and professionalism made this process a pleasure, feeling no pressure whatsoever. I believe if the service on the vehicle is a good as the sales, i can see us being a customer for the rest of our vehicle needs, see you in 2-3 years for my wife's new car purchase Aaron. More
