Great place for used cars I stumbled upon Better Used Cars after receiving horrible service from Global Auto - which is next door. I was frustrated after dealing with a very rude salesperson so I was very impressed when I was treated with respect from an honest, patient salesperson. I ended up buying a 2014 mazda 3 and have never had such a great experience. I recommend everyone to Better Used Cars More

Awful experience After wasting 3 hours negotiating prices with them and finally agreeing on a price and getting the paper work ready they come in and say they have a " After wasting 3 hours negotiating prices with them and finally agreeing on a price and getting the paper work ready they come in and say they have a "small problem". They claim they took two down payments for the same car and that we could no longer have the car after paying $1000 dollar down payment!! They then tried to give us back our money 3 times and it kept getting declined.. They said they would etransfer the money and for us to leave, but there's no way we were leaving without the money especially after reading a review that said the same problem happened! After one hour of them lying saying the sent if my husband (who is a police officer) decided to call the cops.. As soon as we picked up the phone to call the police miraculously the etransfer came through.. These people are extremely shady, and there's no doubt they would have taken our money and ran.. Please save yourself the stress and time and stay away, worst experience we've ever had More

Absolutely no communication I went into this dealership looking for a certain car. After leaving they said everything was good and they would call me, I waited a week with no wor I went into this dealership looking for a certain car. After leaving they said everything was good and they would call me, I waited a week with no word. I ended up calling them and I was told they were busy and would call me back in a few minutes. Two days later I still hadn't heard from them, so I decided to go in and talk to the finance manager. After speaking with her, she said everything was fine and if she needed any more information she would give me call. About a week later I called back and she told me she needed another document from me. At this point I gave up, as they clearly did not want my business and seemed to be incapable of picking up the phone and giving a customer a call. I'd stay away from this dealership and pick any of the other dozens on bankstreet. More
