Buyers Beware rought the car here for few years ago. They sold me a decent car, but ripped me off and priced the car double its value. Did not disclose the 11k damage, the passenger seat was ripped, right speaker doesn't work, the car would have worth 7k but they sold it to me for 12.5k with 19.99 interest with guarantee of reporting payments to credit bureau, but never did, still have few payments left, at the end am paying 18k , I was looking to trade in, the car worth now is only 1500. So beware of these scam artists, do not go to this dealership, if you are going to buy triple check everything, they rob you blind and take advantage of your vulnerable situations. I wish I could give them negative stars. More

Our air conditioning was not working and Coast to Coast said that particular part was not covered, even though the package we got had air conditioning included. Coast to Coast refused to pay the $1300. We had paid $1800.00 for this two year peace of mind insurance. Binder from Bassant really fought for us to get it covered. He went above and beyond to keep to his customer happy. Coast to Coast finally agreed to cover the cost. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Bassant Motors. We have always found they have a large selection of vehicles and they are well priced. Thanks again Bassant Motors! More

HAVE GONE TO THE DEALER FOR THEM TO TAKE THE CAR BACK JUST FOR THEM TO APPOLIGIZE AND OFFER ME TO TRADE IN AND I WAS LIKE "WHY WOULD I BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU?". THEN WHEN THEY FOUND OUT I WASNT GONNA BUY THREW THEM AGAIN THEY WENT BACK TO SAYING THAT I WAS MAKING IT UP AND THAT ITS UNTRUE YET I HAVE PROOF FROM ICBC AND PICTURES OF THE VEICHLE WRECK BEFORE I BOUGHT IT .
